Coffee table with hidden bar by Maison Lancel
Italiaans gemaakte salontafel met verborgen dry bar door Maison Lancel, Frankrijk, circa 1970, in de stijl van Willy Rizzo.
Deze goed vervaardigde, stijlvolle en functionele salontafel in mid-century stijl is gemaakt van gelakt wortelhoutfineer op het blad en de zijkanten.
De hoeken en zijkanten zijn afgewerkt met messingkleurige metalen randen. Aan beide zijden van de salontafel kunnen panelen worden uitgeschoven om de met spiegelchroom en kunststof afgewerkte barruimte of opbergruimte binnenin te onthullen.
De tafel verkeert in goede vintage staat, met enige gebruikssporen zoals krasjes en wat slijtage aan de chromen zijkanten en poten, zoals te zien is op de foto's. Er zijn enkele kleine deukjes in het chroom aan de zijkanten. Het mechanisme werkt perfect.

This well-made, stylish and functional mid century style coffee table is made with a lacquer burl wood veneer top and sides.
The corners and sides are edged with brass colored trims.
Both sides of the coffee table pull open to reveal the mirrored chrome and plastic finished bar space or storrage space inside.
The table is in good vintage condition with some age related wear such as some scratches to the chrome sides and feet as seen on the pictures. Some smaller dents on the side in the crome.
